Test Procedure

Usage

Use a disposable dropper to absorb 50µL (about 2 drops) of whole blood, serum or anticoagulated blood samples and slowly add them into the sample buffer. After fully mixing, absorb 100 µL (about 4 drops) and drip it into the sample well. After the sample addition is completed, place the detection card flat on the desktop. Observe the results within 5 - 15 minutes. Results obtained after 20 minutes will be invalid.

Judgment

Positive (+): A band appears at the position of the C line and a band also appears at the position of the T line, indicating that the African Swine Fever Virus antibody is contained in the sample.

Negative (-): A band appears at the position of the C line while no band appears at the position of the T line, indicating that the African Swine Fever Virus antibody is not contained in the sample.

Invalid: No band appears at the position of the C line, indicating that the operation process is incorrect or the test strip has become invalid.
